The area in which a professional soccer organization operates changes swiftly. The main focus isn't just on soccer anymore. It has become a multimedia entertainment organization in which soccer plays an important role.
De clubs are being confronted with a main target (12-18 years of age) who doesn't feel at home(lost target), but who is essential for the clubs' future and continuance
